Profile of Corporate Law School

The Corporate Law School is part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) initiated by the Islamic Family Law Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religion.

The CLS program is one of the leading programs that is directly supervised by "Business and Industry" professionals from the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) Malang. Lecturers who are experts in the field of law and practitioners who have handled various legal cases in the field of corporate law.

The CLS program aims to teach how to solve problems in companies, employment contracts and legal agreements, Drafting Contracts, Law of Employment, Management of Legal Documents and Corporate Lawyers.

Participants in the CLS Program are not limited to HKI Study Program students, but students from various Non-Law Study Programs and company staff who have an interest in upgrading competence in the Field of Corporate Law.
