To enhance the performance of its board members, the Islamic Family Law Student Association (HMPS HKI) for the 2022-2023 term organized an Upgrading event on October 22-23, 2022. Held at Villa Dedaun in Batu City, the event carried the theme, "Optimizing Organizational Performance by Upholding the Spirit of Togetherness and Responsibility."
This Upgrading event aimed to broaden the board members’ knowledge of organizational skills and improve their performance. Additionally, it sought to strengthen solidarity among members, fostering a strong sense of family within the organization.
“In this activity, we will upgrade our knowledge about organizational skills. Hopefully, this Upgrading event will strengthen our bonds as fellow members of HMPS HKI for the 2022-2023 term,” said Sagita Wulandari, the Chairperson of the Upgrading event committee.
The President of HMPS HKI for the 2022-2023 term, M. Hafid Ridho Maulana, expressed that the Upgrading event would feature competent speakers with extensive experience in organizational activities, especially within intra-campus institutions at UMM. He hoped that HMPS HKI board members would learn valuable insights from these experts.
The speakers included:
- Rachmad Febrian, S.Pd., (Chairman of the UMM Student Senate 2020-2022)
- Edy Pramono, S.H., (Deputy Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment, BEM UMM 2019-2020)
- Rudy Syahputra, S.H., (Chairman of HMPS HKI 2020-2022)
- Aulia Anis Al Jannah, (Vice President of UMM Students 2022-2023).
