In his opening speech, the Dean of FAI UMM congratulated the graduates on earning their degrees and offered advice and guidance for their future endeavors. He emphasized that as FAI alumni, they must have basic competencies to prepare for their futures. Second, language skills, with proficiency in at least two to three foreign languages, such as English and Arabic, considered a valuable asset for FAI UMM graduates. Lastly, the foundational knowledge gained during their studies.
"Be alumni who are beneficial to society. After graduation, continue learning from your work environment, especially from leaders who can develop their institutions or companies. From this, you can learn soft skills, such as management and organizational development. Skills in attitude and language are crucial. In addition to the fundamental knowledge you acquired in your program, you must also possess these two skills to ensure your success in the future," advised the Dean of FAI UMM.
The ceremony concluded with a group photo of the graduates with the department heads, faculty members, and the HKI Study Program staff, followed by prayers and socializing. (LA)
